From Clovelly Cross follow the road until you see the sign 'all vehicles for clovelly'. Turn right into the visitors car park. During opening hours enter the village through the visitor centre. To have your luggage carried to the hotel, the luggage must be clearly labeled and deposited at the reception desk in the visitors centre by 3pm. After 3pm the hotel does not have a porter available and guests must carry their own luggage. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll down a steep cobbled street, and it is advisable to wear flat rubber soled shoes.
The 17th century New Inn is hidden deep within the cobbled streets of the picturesque and historic village of Clovelly. Lovely bedrooms, rare views and a wonderful atmosphere are offered to guests. In this traffic-free village, luggage is portered in by a sledge - a short break paradise. The menu uses much fish fresh from the harbour, and game and produce from the estate.
