Leave the M1 at Junction 21 onto the M69 then M6 North to Junction 3 exiting onto A444 towards Coventry. Turn right at the 1st roundabout & take the 1st left slip road signposted Holbrooks under the bridge. Go over the 1st set of lights & at the T-Junction turn left into Parkville Highway. At the next lights turn right into Parkgate Road, follow this to the T-Junction & turn left into Bennetts Road South. At the next set of lights by Save garage turn right into Sandpits Lane. Follow onto T-Junction, turn right and the hotel is located 100 yarsds on the right hand side.
