When leaving the M602 take the right hand lane signposted the A57. Continue through lights onto the Regent Road, for approximately 1 mile passing Sainsburys on the left. At the second set of traffic lights (Harry Ramsdens should be situated on the right) turn left and then take first right into Water Street, drive down Water Street passing under the bridge. You will see the hotel situated on the left hand side.
