From north. Leave M1 at exit 25. Take 1st left onto A52 signed Derby. At 1st roundabout take 3rd exit signed A61 Chesterfield. Straight over next 2 roundabouts. At next roundabout take 3rd exit towards Breadsall Village. Turn left into Rectory Lane, signed Breadsall Priory and follow road sharp right then left into Moor Road. Hotel is then 1 ½ miles on the left hand side. From south. Leave M1 at exit 28 onto A38 towards Derby. Approximately 15 miles along A38 on appoaching Little Eaton roundabout keep left signposted Derby/Breadsall Village (A61). At next roundabout turn left into Breadsall Village. Turn left into Rectory Lane, follow road sharp right and then left into Moor Road. Hotel is then 1 ½ miles on the left hand side.

This 13th Century Grade II listed building stands in over 300 acres of beautiful parkland just a few miles from the Peak District National Park as well as being ideal for visiting Chatsworth House and Alton Towers. The 2 golf courses offer both exciting challenges and stunning views. The Priory Course calls for a good deal of accuracy as you drive down the tree line fairways. The Moorland Course is in complete contrast and set on the adjacent hillside.
