A visit to The Falcon is a truly memorable event, both for its great food and wine, its beautifully decorated rooms and for its comfortable ambience, all of which can be summed up in three words; Service, Quality and Value. Set in the idyllic rural hamlet of Castle Ashby, just a few miles from Northampton, Wellingborough and Bedford, dating back to the 16th century. The Falcon is a traditional country Hotel or Inn with the emphasis on excellent food and service, but without being pretentious. Our 16 bedrooms are all en suite, with 6 situated in the main Hotelthe remainder in our adjacent cottages. Decorated with country fabrics and subtle colours. Our award-winning Compton's Restaurant overlooks our delightfully mature gardens. The chefs use local produce whenever possible, however quality always takes priority. Complemented by a recently created wine list, including Old classics as well as exciting New World wines.
