Leave M6 at J28 (Leyland), turn right off slip road signed ‘Euxton’. At the traffic lights turn right into the A49 signed to ‘Wigan’. You will pass through 2 sets of lights, and after a total of two and a half miles, at the second mini roundabout, turn right onto the A581 ‘Croston’. Three and a half miles later, you come to ‘The Highfield’, and a sign suggesting ‘Croston’ to the left, ignore this, carry straight on and we are immediately on the right.
