From North, from the A1 take the exit for A19 at Seaton Burn signposted for the Tyne Tunnel. Come off A19 at the B1404 Seaham. At the junction turn left into Seaham. At traffic lights do not exit right, go straight on to Lord Byrons Walk. Follow road for half a mile and go over crossing. Hotel is 1/4 mile along on the right. From South A1 take exit at Junction 62, for A690 signposted Sunderland. Travel north through Houghton Le Spring until the roundabout signed A19. Take exit for A19 (Teeside) southbound. Come off A19 at 1st exit B1404 Seaham. At traffic lights do not exit right, go straight ahead on to Lord Byrons Walk. Follow road for half a mile and go over crossing. The hotel is 1/4 mile further along on the right.
