The Mount Hotel and Conference Centre is somewhere very special with a wealth of character and charm. Located in Tettenhall Wood on the outskirts of Wolverhampton lies this graceful country house set within 4 acres of listed manicured gardens and ornamental woodland. The Hotel is a Grade ll 19th Century Manor House originally built in 1865 for Benjamin Manders, a local wealthy man who created and developed a successful paint and textile business. The house retains many of its original features including the rosewood panelled Great Hall and elegant staircase and has recently benefited from the addition of a state of the art conference centre. The Mount Hotel is the ideal venue for conferences, meetings, weddings and special events. Overnight accommodation comprises 67 thoughtfully equipped en-suite bedrooms located in the renovated Grade II listed stables, the main house and the custom-built wing.
