From Otopeni (Bucharest) Airport take DN1- towards Bucharest, keep straight till Victoriei Square. In Victoriei Square take 3rd exit onto Lascar Catargiu Bvd, keep straight until Romania Square, continue to Magheru Bvd and reach the University Square. There take the first exit to the right, keep straight and after 500m you'll reach Kogalniceanu Square there you'll find the Venezia hotel on the right hand side.
