From the south: take the M90 over the Forth Road Bridge, then take junction 6 (signposted Kinross). Take the third exit from the roundabout into Kinross. Take first exit on left Springfield Road. T junction, turn Right. The hotel is 500 yards up this road on the left hand side. From the north: take M90 south from Perth. Take junction 6 (signposted Kinross) and then take the 1st exit from roundabout into Kinross. Take first exit on left Springfield Road. T junction, turn Right. The hotel is 500 yards up this road on the left hand side. From the west: cross the Kincardine Bridge (A876) and then take the A977 until the M90 motorway - cross straight over. Take first exit on left Springfield Road. T junction, turn Right. The hotel is 500 yards up this road on the left hand side.
