Directions by car: From Edinburgh/Edinburgh Airport - Via A720. Leave the Bypass for the A703 direction Biggar. At fork stay left for A703 to Peebles. Continue through Penicuik and Eddleston. Cringletie House sign board on the right hand side of the road. From the Newcastle area: Head for the A696 to Jedburgh. At Elishaw continue along the A68. Close to Melrose turn left onto A6061 direction Galashiels. At Galashiels take A72 direction Peebles. At Peebles roundabout turn right onto A703 direction Edinburgh. Cringletie House is signposted after 2 miles.
